TEST RESULTS

Test results are check by the doctor when they are received at the clinic. All patients are required to schedule an appointment with a doctor to discuss test results.

Please be aware, Reception do not have access to results, so do not be offended when they can not give you your results

​

APPOINTMENTS

Patients attending for their initial appointment are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for reception staff to enter the patient’s details into the database.

Telephone appointments are available for Repeat Scripts and referrals however these need to be booked by calling Reception.

Walk ins please call first before heading in. As we can not always accommodate.

If you need a long appointment for a specific service such as pap smear, Pre Employment Medical, Insurance/Workers Compensation, Counselling/Mental Health or a Procedure, please advise the receptionist when scheduling your appointment so that more time can be allocated.

Clinic Fees

We are a Mixed billing Clinic, meaning that the following we will still Bulk Bill for a Standard Appointments

Patients over 65yrs of Age

Please Note the following

If you cannot cancel your appointment with 2 hours’ notice then a non-cancelation fee of $60 will apply, if you have had 1 prior warning.

We DO NOT BULK BILL for Walk In Patients - unless a Baby or young child

If you have a concession card you may be asked to produce it. Payment is required on the day for appointments.
